The crystal clear waters are backed by protected dunes and all the beaches have been awarded with the E.U. blue flag certification

The apartment is part of a building, and it is situated on the second floor and is bright and airy. Off the entrance hall is a fully equipped modern kitchen with microwave, oven, washing-machine and fridge-freezer. The living-dining room has a big balcony where you can eat and relax, with a patio table for 6 people. The living room has a double sofa bed, two single sofas, a big wooden table also for 6 people, TV, radio... There is one double and one twin-bedded room. The fully furnished bedrooms are spacious and duvets, pillows and bed linen are provided. The doble room has a door leading onto the terrace. The apartment is furnished with new pine-wood furniture.

It is just 5 minutes away from the Oliva Nova Golf Resort, Denia and Gandia. Miramar beach is blue flag, and also the beaches near by. It is is a quiet place, but just 5 of 10 minutes away by car from local amenities.

De Jávea a Ibiza a nado

Si os encontrais pasando unos días por la zona podeis acercaros a Jávea (Cabo de San Antonio) a ver la que ha montado David Meca. Hoy a las 9 de la mañana salía hacia Ibiza a nado. 110 km., 36 horas seguidas sin parar, sin comer, sin dormir. Como curiosidad, otras de sus hazañas han sido atravesar el Lago Ness, la bahía de San Francisco desde Alcatraz, el estrecho de Gibraltar o las islas de Tenerife y Gran Canaria.

Y ya que estais allí os recomiendo que visiteis los 4 Cabos que hay en Jávea: Cabo de San Antonio, de la Nao, San Martín y Cabo Negro. Allí disfrutareis de unas vistas espectaculares, calas pequeñas y escondidas, y en definitiva un paseo en coche muy agradable.

Para finalizar sólo desear suerte a David Meca en su particular cruzada. Mañana veremos si cumple su objetivo.

Un apartamento como inversión en la Costa de Valencia

Cuando me compré en Junio del 2005 el apartamento lo hice por invertir y ahorrar. Me costó decidir la zona, aunque tenía claro que sería en la Costa Blanca o en la Costa de Valencia. Hoy todavía no sé si realmente fue una buena inversión, el tiempo lo dirá. Pero mi recomendación si estais pensando lo mismo es que os vayais a Miramar o a Guardamar. Todavía están poco explotadas, son zonas tranquilas, con buena playa, muy bien urbanizadas y con mucho que hacer todavía. No recomiendo Piles, la playa es muy pequeña y está peor urbanizado; y aun menos Gandía o Denia. Tanto Miramar como Guardamar están cerca de la AP-7 y de zonas de ocio como Gandía o Denia, así que qué más podemos pedir.
